Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in the daily maintenance, patrol inspection and maintenance of hospital oxygen making equipment. It is required that the staff should strictly abide by their post responsibilities, operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and make operation records and reports on time.
(1) Every two hours
Every two hours, check the indoor temperature and humidity, the temperature and pressure of the air compressor, the evaporation temperature of the cold dryer and whether the drainer are normal, the oxygen pressure and pressure of the oxygen generator are normal, the pressure of each air tank, the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow, and the high-pressure gauge of the bus bar are not less than 50 kg.
(2) Every single day
Check the air tank drainage for more than 2 minutes, air compressor operation time, total oxygen flow and health record power consumption every day.
(3) Every week
Check the oil quantity of the air compressor every week. In case of lack of timely replenishment, purge the cooler with clean air, open the valve at the bottom of the sterilization filter, and drain for more than 5 seconds; Take out the indoor air inlet screen and wash it.
(4) Every month
Check the belt of air compressor / supercharger every month; The pressure gauge shall be inspected and replaced at the local Quality Supervision Bureau every six months.
(5) Every year
Check the safety valve every year, and go to the local inspection agency for calibration every year.
(6) Every three years
The pressure vessel shall be inspected by the local Boiler Inspection Institute every three years.
